Secluded rustic camp sited on 15 acres in picturesque Stark NH. The 1/4 mile driveway gradually meanders to a cleared area. The gambrel style camp is 24' x 28', built on a cement slab and features high ceilings and a spacious 2nd floor. There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd Floor but one of the rooms could easily be divided into more private sleeping quarters. The 1st floor offers an open concept living / kitchen / dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a gas range and refrigerator. A wood stove adequately heats the camp. There are propane lights and The covered porch (8' x 24')is a great spot for grilling and relaxing outdoors. There is also a small shed located just below the camp. The camp uses an exterior rain water barrel for the water to the kitchen sink.
